1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several shipping options, which may include:

- Local delivery or pickup (if applicable)
Available options and shipping rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
3. Warm Weather and Heat-Sensitive Packaging
Because our toffee is a heat-sensitive, perishable product, we may use insulated packaging and/or ice packs, particularly during warmer months or when shipping to warm climates.
Additional warm-weather packaging fees may apply, and these will be shown at checkout or communicated on the Site.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Delays due to weather, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

We currently ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us to see if special arrangements can be made.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (when available). You can use this information to monitor the progress and estimated delivery date of your package.
7. Damaged, Melted, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives:
- Damaged,
- Melted (despite our warm-weather precautions), or
- Incorrect (wrong items or quantities),
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement order or store credit, at our discretion.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
9. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns of food items.
